Our Ministries
CHURCH SERVICES
Morning 9:00 AM
A family focused morning service, including Sunday school. After the service we enjoy encouraging each other as we chat over a cuppa. We have two emphases in our morning service 1) - to praise God in song and 2) to expound God's word as relevant teaching for a pleasing life to God.
Evening 6:00 PM
The evening service is laid-back and a great chance for us to delve into God's word. It takes the shape of a Bible Study with a chance to sing some songs and to pray.
SUNDAY SCHOOL
The Grange Baptist Community Church Sunday School is a ministry of the church designed for children from the ages of 4 to 13. The children meet each Sunday at 9:30 am for lessons on a range of biblically based topics and join in fun and hands on activities.
We have a caring and dedicated group of volunteer Sunday school teachers with current Positive Notice for Child Related Employment cards (Blue Cards). We cater to a diverse range of learning needs and enjoy watching the children develop in their love and knowledge of our God.
PRAISE
An important segment of our services is praising God in Song. We employ a roster system for praise leaders. This enables individuals to lead the praise segment and we find that we enjoy a wide spectrum of songs which encompasses both the chorus style and updated Hymns.
We have a wide range of musicians with Piano, Guitars, Saxophone & drums. If you have a musical talent, the music group will more than welcome you.
MISSIONARY SUPPORT
At the Grange we believe we are all called to be Missionaries whether that is in our workplace, our community or to our friends & family. There are however a number of people which are called into full time ministry. At the Grange Baptist Community Church we support a number of these Ministries.
- John Mackay from Creation Research travels the world sharing with people about creation. John is a well known subject matter expert on Creation. John is a regular speaker at our fellowship during the year. To find out more about Creation Research visit

We also have a yearly contribution to the Bible Societies program of "Bibles for persecuted Christians". There is also support for other local groups like the Blue light police projects, Drug Arm and our December Christmas Bowl for the needy.
MID WEEK EVENTS
The Ladies meet together for "KYB" each week which stands for "Know your Bible". There are 2 sessions to chose from, being Wednesday Night or Thursday morning.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
We are active in our Local State School with RE teaching and an Annual Carols Night in conjunction with the school and on their premises. This is a major event and extremely welcomed by the School and Community.
Our Hall facilities are in regular use during the week also, with Senior Groups, Play Groups, Hobby Groups, Counseling Organizations and the Red Cross.
